Karate the way it is supposed to be — with traditions and a lineage dating back to the 1600s. Our training program is built around one premise: to make sure you have the tools, ability, and confidence to defend yourself and those around you if you have to.

No gimmicks, no fancy acrobatics, and no commercialization. We teach you the type of Karate that you will love to learn and pass on, but hope you never have to use it.

Traditional Karate has two sides — the hard and the soft — and they blend into one in the higher ranks to become one of the most formidable and respected forms of self-defense.
